Riss Racing vs VRSF Downpipes?

I found a set of riss racing V2s online for $125...

Although I've been looking forward to getting vrsf this seems like a deal that I shouldn't pass up.

It seems like riss racing was one of the first to develop downpipes for our cars but I was wondering why the prices for them are so cheap now on the used Market...

Are they good compared to vrsf? Any thoughts?
