That is a big "if", I will be trying it for the first time, and if I can't get to it or get the plugs open, I won't be doing it. Let me know.
there's a couple people in Columbus that can do coding. I possibly could, I'm just not sure what code you're talking about.

Also what part of Columbus are you in? I'm always on the lookout for other e9x's

I'm on the West side, just South of Hilliard. When it gets a little warmer and I can get a car wash, I'll get some new pics up (getting my wheel spacers in a few days too). I'm usually the black bimmer driving too fast on 670 from downtown to Wilson area.

edit: also, the coding I'm talking about is that when you replace the transfer case oil, the car will throw a code and go into limp mode because of the new oil (from what I've read). That just needs to be reset to get back to normal.

Unhappy

Testing the water on this... sadly...

Anyone interested in buying my 2008 e93 335i? Hopefully it doesnt boil down to this, but there is a pretty damn good chance that it will.

Its either sell the BMW and get a family...ish car, or pray to whatever deity you favor that the winter car survives a few more years so I can save enough money to get one. Given the current financial situation its sadly on the chopping block... damn kids are expensive as all hell, 230 a week on daycare is a bit absurd, hell its even more than I was paying per month on the car when I bought it... I'd just like to see it go to a good home rather than a dealership as a trade in.

I need to have my gf look into that... that could be a game changer! Well for her at least... I am still screwed either way! haha... oh well. On the plus side her daughter loves fast cars, even at 20 months old.

Don't know about the rest of you guys, but this weather really sucks.

Haven't washed the wife's 325i in a month, it's black and it looks terrible. I typically wash it in the garage, but damn it has just been to cold to wash. My wife has even remarked about it and I think she is even getting anxious to get the summers back on. I know I am looking forward to putting them on and even getting my 330i out of storage.

How about you guys, how are you coping with the weather and keeping the car clean?

Cincinnati here. My e90 328i has been at the shop since the beginning of January. Got rear-ended . However, I got the performance exhaust installed which sounds awesome but I can't pick it up until the new bumpers get here. I went with the performance aero kit and it has to ship from Germany.

I've had my e92 on jack stands in the garage since late Nov. Just working on it when my free time, motivation and decent temps coincide. I'm sure it's for the better anyway. Makes sure I don't get salt on it.

Mine hides in the garage until the roads are clean again. It has only seen snow twice in the 3.5 years I have owned it lol

Trying to make the best of it by having badass snow tires on the e46 wagon, turning off dtc and doing my best World Rally imitation

Why not find someone that wants to trade their sedan for a coupe? Move what mods you can over and boom, problem solved!

No good pics of the 335 other than when she came home while I was in Dallas.

Then a cell pic of 335 and Rabbit chilling in the garage...

Mine is a dd, got the xi specifically so it could be. Hasn't been washed in at least a month. Plus, I bought a bunch of fluids to change but haven't felt like being under my car for a few hours with this cold, even in the garage. I just want to play with my toys!!
