As I know the harness I used in the pictures above is connected to the FRM module. But I cannot see these PT-CAN-H/L on it (there is no red nor blue-red cables on it).
Is that right the harness in the picture above is connected to the FRM module ?

Yes, there are two:
Here is the picture of the front side of the first harness :

Here is the front side of the second harness (only one side is numbered on this harness)

Sorry but may be I'm using a wrong harness (the one marked KO located above the footrest)
Let me check the one which is at the left side ...the one marked OK on the picture bellow (at the left of the footrest)

That's it.
The KO harness is for the CAS which is 41 pins, see picture

The harness I should use is on the RFM module (the OK harness).
There are three harness there, I thing I should use the number 2 or 3 in the picture bellow. Since it is difficult to remove, I will dismount the FRM module first.

If you don t have adaptive headlights then you don t have PT-CAN at the FRM module. Tap into the PT-CAN at the junction box directly

1 last step

Greetings to a group of seriously smart individuals! I'm amazed with what could possibly be done with our BMW cars.
Hope I could get some help from the ACC retrofit masters out here.
I'm almost through with this retrofit on my e82 135i 2011 but I'm stuck at what I think is the very last step.
Here's the list of things I did so far:
1. Coded $541 to VO and FA_Write to CAS and NFRM with no issue, now ACC and LDM are showing up in ISTA, INPA
1. ACC radar installed and wired, VIN changed and flashed, no errors with coding in NCSexpert or ISTA
2. Column switch cluster installed and coded, no errors from DSC, all CC lever movements are recognized when triggered
3. High kombi from 335i installed and coded to proper VIN, no errors in ISTA, all lights pass the K-test, cruise mark active as well
4. DSC, Kombi, ACC, CIC, CID and even CAS, NFRM (just in case) SG_Codiren with empty MAN file to default setting
5. Finally - LDM module wired and flashed with WinKFP to latest sotware and VIN, however it is the only module that shows an error in ISTA. Error code reads: LDM module coding successful... fault code present - yes.
When UIF/AIF of LDM checked with WinKFP shows mileage as 0 km - weird.
Not able to do any coding with NCSexpert as it is not in the list of modules.
I bought another LDM to double check - same exact issue with the new one.

When starting up - the radar car indicator in kombi turns red, to yellow and disappears. I guess kombi check is passed.
When cruise control on/off button is pressed there's either a brake pedal symbol showing up (Dynamic cruise control kombi type coded) or nothing (ACC kombi type coded). Pushing CC lever up, down, forward, backwards does nothing. And finally when CC lever is pushed or pulled all the way I get the Cruise Control Malfunction error! If clears out after car goes into sleep, no trace of what caused it in ISTA.

I suspect there's an issue with coding but after spending long evenings trying to do the same thing over and over again I need a fresh pair of eyes. I know ACC was not even an option for e82, but 6-cylinder e87 in TIS clearly indicate the radar and DSC module fitted is the same on e9x. Someone has successfully retro'd $544 Dynamic cruise on e82 135i so it is just an extra step to get ACC.

I'd appreciate you please share your thoughts on what could possibly be wrong here

For the LDM wiring, just to check you used PT-CAN, not K-CAN/D-CAN, right?
And removed $540/$544 when adding $541?

Can you read the fault code with ISTA?

As for coding LDM in NCSExpert, you could try giving it a different VIN, for an e87, so it thinks it is looking at a valid configuration... just only code the LDM and nothing else while using the wrong VIN/wrong VO
