Vinyl wrap

Besides getting vinyl online, where could I get some that they sell in store? Looking to wrap my eyebrows since they're yellowing until I have more time and patience to take it all apart [trust me I'm aware of the mission it takes] to replace the lens and eyebrows

A lot of sign shops sell vinyl wrap. You could try giving one of those a call and see if they will sell you a some material.
