Hello I am havin a problem and need your help some guy from pyspeed took my money for an order now I can't get to them when I call there phone they don't know about my order is this a scam vendor or I need to go to the cops which I don't want to do.What must I do.

I am trying to get to him and I can't he won't pm me back I called there comp and they say they don't know about the orders he take I am not trying to point at any one but this forum always help me in so thought I should ask first

No matter what you would have received an invoice email of the transaction. You could show this to Pyspeed directly or contact "Sean" about it. Or just tell your credit card company, they would be more than happy to dispute any charges.

I just call them and I have to file a police report and I don't want to do this I just want to pay and be happy I hate drama and I do have an invoice the told me to take it to the bank Is pyspeed a store or vendor

It probably isn't tracked the same way as orders through their site. So they might not be aware of all of his orders, or who they are specifically going to, just a wild guess.

Hey guys,
The issue is being resolved and we have contacted the buyer ever since his first PM. He made a purchase of a set of KW coilovers. Order was put in to our system and it was invoiced. These orders are shipped out directly from Kw's warehouse and there was a slight delay due to some issues. The OP did in fact contact me 3 times today asking for a refund and threatening to call the police. First PM was around 6am (PST) in the morning which I actually responded to. I don't think any vendor on here would respond to PMs at 6am in the morning. Second PM was at 10:30am and the third was at 11:40am. His refund will be processed, but it will take several steps. We need to make sure the shipment was indeed never sent. Then the refund will be processed... This does not show up onto his credit card til a day or two later. Either or, the issue is being resolved by us. Sorry for the hassle and I do want to make a public apology to the OP about the issue. I will be in touch with my manager once he's back from his business trip to discuss further improvement of our shipping speed/status. Thanks for all your time. p.s.- the common factor in all these vendor/customer problems... mofo's are always WAY TOO impatient. people to need to chill the fuck out with the whole customer-is-always-right bullshit. vendors are a running a business; not a fucking genie lamp that grants instant wishes. |
