The Group N bushings are made in the same way as regular (ie, stock) bushings but the rubber is much much stiffer which means greater windup torque and less deflection. They do need to be torqued at ride height. Based on measurements we have done, they would contribute about 56 lb/in in effective or equivalent to spring rate (not wheel rate, which is about 1/3 of the equivalent to spring rate).

Poly bushings are freely rotating and do not contribute spring.
