E91 LCI fog lights

Hello to all.
I have a question about fog light installation. I have e91 with standart packaged, no M-sport. The question is following:
The fog light attaches to the frame with 3 screws. ( Attached in image 1 and marked)

In turn, the frame with whole light attaches to the bumper, but how?
There is 1 screw and like 3 pins, but those pins are not detachable. (picture 2)

My problem is that the frame is badly attached to the bamper, like missing 2 pins and in this case the light is moving.....
How can I fix this problem? And attach the frame to the bumper?
Sorry for stupid question.
Thank you!

The fog light frame is heat welded to the bumper.
Nothing else holds it on.

You can use a 2 part epoxy where the frame mounts to the bumper.
