Valvetronic Actuator noise normal?

2011 N55 e92 I've heard this noise even while stock at 60k. When the car is hot at idle for some time I hear this tapping that comes and goes in a consistent pattern. The noise seems to be the loudest right over the Valvetronic Eccentric Shaft Actuator. I notice the HPFP psi will go up about 100psi and STFT will go neg while its making the tapping noise. No codes and I never had the actuator noise when you unlock the car. Has anyone heard this on their 2011 n55 or know what it is?
The noise is at the beginning of the video and goes away then it comes back.

I have no idea for sure, but that kind of sounds like a hydraulic lifter.
