I've driven the E92...it seems some people can be more grown up about it and not give in to temptation....

Congratulations Al!! I agree with everything you've said. I've been itching after a 335i (only in E90 form though) after my SoFla event. I've set myself a 12 month time line, not a baller like you

I have done some number crunching (before driving thank goodness) and it looks like my payments would be close to $450/3 years... Basically financing 15k for the fully loaded 335 that I would end up getting.

I think thats a little much for me (and my income) considering I just bought a $37k car this time last year. I hope everyone enjoys their 335... Ill just be playing the lottery in the meantime

I couldn't resist either. After testing the 335i last Tuesday I had to order one (Montego Blue w/Saddle Brown interior). The car will be here around the first or second week of December...I hope!

Ditto! Actually, I'm very happy with my car and am secure that I won't be too swayed by the 335i. Although I think that a (gulp) M3 sedan might be in the works in a few years instead of a 335i. I'm very pleased they're making that into a 4-door. But I have to avoid getting speeding tickets between now and then.
