BMW Assist - Convenience Plan
Has anyone here used the BMW Assist Convenience Plan? Is it worth an extra $120/year (I suppose it's only $10/month).
Are the concierge services reliable and expedient? How are they for dinner reservations, theater/concert tickets, etc.? If you have the convenience plan, how often do you use it? Thanks in advance, B

ive used it quite a bit so far. im considering keeping the subscription after the first year.
ive used em for movie tickets, dinner reservations, kinkos locations..lol, ducks scores. the only downside is sometimes there is a nice wait.

it's a very neat feature, but the waiting is just crazy. i just realized i don't even remember the last time i used it.
it wouldn't be so bad if they didn't take control of the car and not allow you to change radio or make cell phone calls (when connected via bluetooth). you can avoid it by calling their 800 number, but i wanna press the neat-o missile button!! i'll probably keep the subscription at the end of the year, but i waste money on tons of other stupid shit too .. |
