Got my Production number---missing options

Looking at my car, its missing HK system. I called up the dealer and he reassured me its there on his screen but its not on mine. Should I be worried?

My owners circle listing does not show my HK either. Shows everything else though. My SA forwarded me a printout from their side and it all showed up correctly. Maybe the online listing has a bug about HK.

Ditto. Not a big deal. They don't list all the options.

Yup - same here - mine doesn't show HK and a couple of other things. My CA assured me the order he printed and faxed to me was the way the car would be built. When I ordered my MINI in 2004, it never showed the correct build options either - and actually I don't think it ever showed the correct colour.

Yup, Owners Circle has been incorrect on lots of stuff for years.

Same here, HK does not show up on Owner's Circle but it's certainly on the car, I checked with two sources. Everything else seems to jive.

Owners circle is off. if you call them they'll give you all your options on the screen.

I ordered a 335i, and the Owner's Circle website showed I ordered a M3 Convertible. Don't worry about it- just call the 1800# to check your status. The OC is very unreliable.

This is one error that would potentially work in your favor
