I've configured a 2011 328i sedan (manual, jet black) on Edmunds.com as follows. What is the most realistic 'out the door' price in your opinion? Think in Nov./Dec. I can swing $36k out the door because of dealership year end quotas? I live in SoCA in case that makes any difference.

- ZPP Premium Package
- ZVP Value Package
- 522 Xenon Headlights

MSRP: $37,575
Invoice: $36,118

Try http://www.truecar.com/index.html I've found them to be pretty accurate.
