While I agree he sounds a bit unintelligable with his style of posting - the truth is the single turbo in the n55 can not move as much air / create as much power as the duals that were equipped in the n54. It is for that reason the n55 will not make the same kind of numbers as the n54 did. A great platform non the less - just a bit less potential as it runs out of air.

n55 is like a chinese copy of n54 lmao it's like a clk550 with an AMG logo , I'm really ashamed when kids come up to me on their g37's telling to me like yo I beat a 335i and then I find out it was a n55 and then I'm trying to explain to them that it's the new engine and all, BMW should have put a 334i logo on it

So, yes I do walk 335iS. At my track the best the 335iS hit was a 13.7(he actually broke his half shaft this passed weekend too, ouch). Heck even the FBO+100% Meth JB4 335i with drag radials only hits a 12.5@114 here at my track. We have a slow track down here. And I'm not the one with "superiority complex" although someone else in this thread might... lol

I have no problem with the n54, some n54 owners on the other hand, well you get the idea.

It looks like the N55 is going to make a longer run than the N54. BMW will put it in more cars/suvs.

I have a feeling down the road there will be more turbo upgrades for the N55, in the end putting down more power.
