Umm... Anyone surprised here?

What I'd like to see is the same comparison between 1-piece forged aluminum and 3-piece forged aluminum. I think the 1-piece forged aluminum will be stronger than 3-piece one..

I agree, but the reason why most race teams go with 3-piece is if they bend a rim half it's easily and cheaper to replace than the entire rim.
