Any help? I have no idea what could be the cause

So I have the car at normal operating temp Iím sitting on a level parking spot and just letting the car idle. If I have my ac on and just sit here my car produces no smoke. But if I turn the ac off the car produces smoke. I currently live in Pensacola fl and my current mods are
stage 2 mhd tune
catless downpipes with
aftermarket mufflers
dci
Charge pipe and bov. Any insite or suggestion are appreciated in advance.

Hey Tony,

Can you tell us a little more? Does the exhaust smell sweet like maple syrup? Does it also do it while your moving? What color is the smoke? Black, bluish, grey(like steam?). Is it only on exceptionally humid days? Does anything else stand out as far as conditions?
