they're pretty much sold, and I have 3 deals that are for sure read to go down with the first person in line being a gentleman from Newport Beach who is supposed to meet up with me next weekend and pay 3k cash. There are still two other people who are in line for them incase the guy from newport flakes. HOWEVER, I DO NOT want to declare these as "sold" until they've actually been paid for and given away.......

Just a little piece of advice, I now ask for buyers to give me a deposit via Paypal or something. There's been a few times I have wasted my time and the buyer end up flaking. Things such as, loading the products in my car and bringing to work, getting off work early, etc.. Non-refundable deposits weed out the bad buyers.

You're just asking for a dispute on paypal or the guys CC company. Really bad idea.
