My 328i N51 SULEV has a N52 Non-SULEV Engine! Looking for Pointers

Hello all! New to Bimmerpost, and I have a very interesting one. For a little over a year now, I have owned my 09 328i SULEV, or I thought it was SULEV until I did some more digging and learned that my motor must uave been replaced with a n52b30AE, rather than the n51b30, and I'm aware that the n52s can make more power than the n51s with the 3sm, so what should I do with this? I've always know that my car had the 3sm, but what can I do to take full advantage of it? I have the msv80.1 as far as I know, and my cars been running just fine without the SES on for over 7 months of ownership. Would I need a custom tune? Will the 330i relfash work? I tried to do some research and all's I know is that the n52b30AE is the low output, while the AF is the high output, but only because one has the 3sm while the other does not. I bought my car like this, and I'm surprised I'm barely noticing, but I don't think my car is making the power the 330i would because I always race my friend's 3G Eclipse with a 5 speed v6, and he always pulls ahead and I'd think that a car that's not much heavier and has a better power/weight ratio and overall more hp and torque would be faster. And I could mostly careless, it's not a racecar and as a n55 335i vert and 328i owner, I'm still very happy with the output of the n52 and I actually prefer my 328i over the 335i anyday, as I think it's just more fun and I've done m3 suspension and other bits and pieces to make it more enjoyable, so I want to take full advantage of the fact that my car has an n52 rather than the n51. If I need to get a tune that's completely okay, and even if I need to get a different ecu, thats also completely okay. I REALLY hope someone can reach out and give me some pointers. Thank you to everyone who has any advice in advance. 😁

Being your intake manifold the same part number as the N52 330i one you'd just need a tune, check on hass site if your DME is supported for the rsa delete + stock 330i tune, otherwise you'd probably need a tuner to do that
