quick question about snow mountain road driving

Not too familiar with mountain road driving so I was wondering if there's a chance I would encounter icy/black ice roads while driving up to Big Bear? The weather shows that it's not going to rain all week and hasn't in the past couple of days. I'll prob be fine right?

edit: posted on teh wrong section, thought i was in the regional Socal one but I guess this is a good a place if anyone knows Big Bear Mountain located in socal
