yes sorry, $500 off MSRP, and THAT is just for returning customers, not new customers, so they said that you pretty much have to pay MSRP, unless you really try.

don't feel bad, i'm in the same situation. i've emailed/called about 20 dealerships and the best deal i've had is $500 off msrp with free tint/mats. i'm disheartened about purchasing now. especially after seeing the deals everyone else got.

Try European Delivery, you should be able to get a much better deal using ED invoice and bargaining up. Fly over, spend a few days, come back, and wait.

using ED, i think you would spend the money you save on the trip (maybe i'm wrong) but last time i went through Europe, my ticket wasn't less then $1200...

Rainy, i think that its just the way that people on the forums (who got deals) dealt with the dealerships..and also thier luck i think haha

Try joining a credit union, they typically have special offers through local Fleet managers. Another bonus would be that they typically provide better rates for auto loans as well. I gave it a try and got $1300 off msrp (335i coupe) with no hassle.

I got $1610 off msrp (2k over invoice), returning customer... and the only 335i that they have sold under msrp (out of 5 sold so far)... I just said, give me 2k over invoice and I will order the car right now... he went back to his manager, and then came back and said, OK, you got it...

It helps if you know their invoice price...

I ordered my 328i in the Indianapolis area--all I got on it was the cold weather package--MSRP was 36745. I was able to get 1250 off MSRP, free chrome on the tailpipes, and free floor mats. This dealership also sells VW and Infiniti, and it is my third car there, so maybe that has something to do with me doing pretty well.

Good luck.

Yeah, ED isn't an option for me though, since i have school to go to, so i don't think i can miss that unless if i want to fail my classes haha. But i just got off the phone with a sales person, who gave me a MSRP of just a basic 335i, manual for 42K , which is completely too much, so hopefully ill see what kind of deals i can get for the 335i now..

People are not getting those deals....
you emailed 20 place and got $500 off....
you should know that people are lying to make themself look good, especially after yapping about pricing, then they walk in and pay for it @ MSRP.
all the real BMW lovers.. are BUYERS!!!!!! not shoppers, because they know no matter what, you are paying for a BMW

$1500 off MSRP is not out of the ordinary. I will fax you my purchase agreement and I personally know of at least 4 buyers who got my deal or better for the 335.

I will say, ok...
but take in to consideration that you are in Arizona.
and more than 1/3 of all of america lives between NY and DC.
Demand = price.

Could be, but we have 4 dealers in AZ. Chapman, which owns 1 in PHX and 1 in Scottsdale, United Auto which owns N. Scottsdale and then there is 1 in Tuscon. Are all you guys around the tri-state area paying near MSRP?

I know here in Oregon I tried both dealers. Kuni wouldn't take anything under MSRP. Rasmussen took $750 off MSRP and threw in all weather floor mats and the aluminum pedals (including the dead pedal). They also have no MACO or Training fee so I got about $1k off but that was it.

BoBNaz you got lucky......

but I would have to say for every owner on the E90 post site there are many not on there....I see these cars go out everyday, and I can count on 1 hand (with 2 fingers)the deals I have done in the last year and a half, that were any lower than $1000 profit. I did a 325Ci convertible....(end of summer, last production year)a 325i order base car.(needed to for a number for the dealership to reach, on a certain day)
ask me to tell you the deals I have done for sticker......
well the M5, the M3, the 760Li, 325Xi,z4 3.0is I can go on and on.....
the average discount is about $1000 off. But not right now, when it comes to the 335 or 328. or any AWD.
