Could be a targeted ad based on your personal recent search criteria/age demographic profile, etc.... it's why all of my ads keep trying to get me to buy furniture (I'm looking for a new couch). Your browser tracks what you've been searching for and then it targets ads specifically at you based on those criteria

Anyway, I don't see the ad.

i used to love the old warcraft rts for mac, like back in the 94-95, i dont know bout this WoW, I hear guys talk about it at work and wonder if they have ever been laid, they once asked me if i played, i responded w/ i fuck girls and walked away

I have NEVER seen a WoW banner on Bimmerpost.

As others have said, the banners usually advertise what you have recently been looking at.

I haven't played in awhile. I want to get the new expansion since NOW would be the time to level up and get gear since everyone is running the instances and noobs are ok in raids/instances. But i dont have the urge and dont wanna spend another year of playing it and being unsocial

I wouldn't say that... I played UO back in the days and it's nothing like WoW.

But to be honest, these are completely different MMOs. Back in those days, hardcore = you pwned. It's no longer the case now. The only reason why WoW is so successful is because it's tailored towards the mass newbz out there.

they went back to the good old days of BC style heroics...
ah, the good old days when you actually had to CC and fail nubs couldn't get gear

still easier than Shattered Halls and Shadow Labs.. but it is a nice touch.

heroics now take time to complete, unlike blowing through 3 in 15mins like in LK

I play WOW and I got laid just last night, so it really is possible to do both!

Video games are huge and here to stay, slamming gamers as nerds that can't get laid just makes you look ignorant.

I played quake 2/quake 3 nearly all day every day my freshman/softmore/junior years of college and had NO issues with the opposite sex.

And for all you nay-sayers, look around you at the people who are billionaires. Zuckerberg is now worth an estimated 15 billion. Geek? You bet your ass.
