Too loud and smelly for a daily, but sounds amazing otherwise.
I'm going to try Magnaflow 300 sport cats with double the flow of stockers.

Silent mode and warm engine, loud mode on cold start was waking up all my neighbours
Really, I don't have a problem with smell. Perhaps the weld is not solid all the at around? I know when I was watching the guy put in mine, he used a mirror to make sure he had the weld correct on the top side. It's pretty tight up there. I'd put on 335is or PE mufflers and leave the vibrant 1792's in. I think you'll get a nice sound. Are you Catless ? Being Catless will definitely make your exhaust louder. I don't know to what degree having high flow cats will make the exhaust louder. There aren't any videos on YouTube with guys that have high flow cats.

Turner Motor Sports & Cobb make really good high flow cats that I am aware of.

Smell is only an issue with windows opened in traffic or at the lights. Welds are fine.
Video will not give out the sound loudnes correctly as my phone autolevels it to an acceptable level.

Sufficient to say, you need earplugs if running on dyno in a building or full throttle in the tunnel.
Yes, it's fully catless. I can drive it normally and it's about right, but here in Europe some countries are strictier about sound and emmisions than others and when I drive through Germany I worry Police will stop me and force to install stock exhaust. Yes, they can on the spot.

When I get my mods done I will report back what kind of difference Magnaflow cats make.

PS. I had PE mod before and while really nice, to me it sounds half as good as my new exhaust.

This MG muffler makes it sound more muscled while PE with full decat was more ricier (is that the right word?).

Can you confirm if you need curved or straight? In the picture it looks like you need a curved piece?

Either that or buy a 3 foot piece of 2.5" 304 SS, have the deal all done up to that point; take the car into a muffler shop & give them the pipe to bend & weld into place. They might charge you $50.00.

Ok thanks that's a good idea. I'll try to guesstimate it with pre curved pieces and worst case I will return them and go to a muffler shop.

A small leak shouldn't cause issues right until I can get it welded.

Nope. I drove my car 13 miles to the muffler shop with the secondary cats cut off. It was loud as hell.

In the state I live in, the muffler shop can't legally cut the secondary cats off. So, if you cut them off and bring the car in, then legally the shop can now work in the exhaust in that area.

Niiice, I was wondering that if I could drive the car with the whole exhaust off from the down pipes if I had to to go the store to get something. Would love to hear it to

That's a nice loophole!
