I have the Carly Blu-tooth adapter and the pro software on my android phone and it works a treat - Have coded audible and visual for Alarm set and deactivation, set the angle eyes only as DRL also altered brightness of them. Used it to Force DPF regen with success and also re-set the service light for brake fluid on my dads car after changing it.
Works perfect on both my 2011 and my dads 2007 E90. Makes me wonder why you can't load a stock map to the car via it :-) Not that I would, as I would get it on a rolling road and also get the EGR and DPF addressed at the same time - But these guys that come to the house with a laptop and charge £120 to re-map can't be doing much more than what a Carly user does. If anyone knows otherwise I'd love to hear about the process that these home visit guys run through. |

Also, £120 for a supposed remap is mega cheap, I'd be really wary of the work done for that..... Most remaps are around the £300 mark, more for live remaps. Last edited by sirleeofroy; 01-17-2018 at 08:55 AM.. |

There is a setting for that as I do not have my rear lights on either but I've not been back into the settings since I did this, I'll have a look a bit later and come back to you.

Thanks. I have it to set US models because I'm in the US. For DRL, my angels are on and so are the bars in the taillights. However, it's just the outer taillights, not the trunk taillights. I'm really lost... I'm trying to turn the entire taillight off and no setting works. Maybe it's time I use NCSExpert to fix this.

I used Zeek to buy discounted iTunes vouchers and managed to get it for a few quid cheaper - you also get topcashback or quidco when you buy via Zeek so think I wriggled it down to £46 from £55 in the end.

Quick Question: Looking to purchase the Carly adapter and app - is the annual subscription the only option to get the app?
Anyone know of a way to get the old version and upgrade it for a new user? |
