It's only 60/40 during cruising. It's basically RWD (or predominantly so) with any substantial torque (like hard acceleration or launching.) The clutch sends up to 100% of the power to the rear for certain conditions.

I find the DSC settings to be more than enough an adjustment to kick the ass out whenever I want. Even just DTC. It's the first thing I push after the ignition when it's snowing.
