2010 NEW 335i e92.. need help pricing

How much should I expect to pay for a leftover 335i pretty much fully loaded? The MSRP would have been about 52K

Options include:
Premium
Sport
Navi
and Comfort Access

Right now I'm haggled down to 44K but it seems high for a 2010 model.

Based on the options you listed, the car at invoice was 46,800.

Not sure how much 2010's are going for now, someone else might be able to help.

Good Luck!

Does anyone have any tips when dealing with a dealer through phone/email? I asked for the "best price" and he told me 44.9K and when I said it was a little higher than my expectation and asked if the price was flexible he said "you asked for the best price and I dont mess around". How can I respond to that? I was shooting for 42K to 43K but not sure how to proceed from here.

Real simple - you need to get to the end game fast.

"Thanks for the quote. That will not work for me. Listen I will offer $42.5k and buy the car now. I know it is under invoice, but let's get it done."

Then stick to it. If he rejects or will not counter offer, say thanks and go silent. You are highly likely to get a call at some point if you have portrayed yourself as a serious buyer.

If they think you are indecisive, going to have trouble paying, or anything other than a "walk up and buy the car" buyer they will probably let you go.

thanks for the input. I'm taking your advice and asking him to entertain a number closer to 42K. Hopefully he responds positively.
