Any experience with Classic BMW of Plano?

Anybody have recent experience at Classic BMW of Plano? The sales staff were great, but I'll have my car in a few days and I'd like a suggestion for a service rep that I can trust.

Frankly, that's the one bad part of going from Mercedes to BMW. I really trusted my service rep at Autohaus in Plano.

Ask for John Whitmager, his has great customer service.
