Dave Walter BMW

Hi Guys,

I just ant to let you know that Dave Walter is a great dealership and that if you need Service to definitely stop by. I had an appointment today with Brandon Baxter at Dave Walter and he treated me so well. He is a car enthusiast himself and a very nice guy. He explains things better than any other service advisor. He is also great with responding to emails and communication.

I give Brandon and the team at Dave Walter a 10/10.

Thanks

I disagree on the service piece. On 10/3/17 my BMW was services there and they installed a non BMW oil filter. See pictures below. The car had 3,189 miles. A year later I am slightly over 5,000 miles and decided to change the oil myself to find this junk in my car. Now I ask myself what oil did they used.

Indeed it did, like 5 years later and a full year post after the repair quickly.

I took my junk there for the airbag recall.

they were pleasant, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of shit that wasn't actually wrong with my car.

after I told the guy I already knew about all the oil leaks he didn't press any further on the repair, and I was out the door.
