Prepping Car for FBO+MHD

I'm trying to get my car ready for FBO and a MHD 1+ Tune, currently has ~55k miles. To prepare I have:
  1. Replaced Spark Plugs (OEM-Stock Gapping)
  2. New Ignition Coils
  3. MTF, Diff Fluid, Brake Fluid, Power Steering

Its a 03/2010 build date, curious if I should replace the HPFP as preventative measure. Logs show it dropping off to 2150 Rail Pressure at WOT. Mixture Cotrol: Fuel-air mixture too lean code with E30 on stock tune.

Current Concerns:
  1. Decent amount of timing corrections on stock tune w/91 Octane Cali Gas (https://datazap.me/u/bmv335ie90/9152...47-48-49-50-51, https://datazap.me/u/bmv335ie90/9152...47-48-49-50-51)
  2. Original Clutch still has a lot of grab but might need 335is/550i upgrade with MHD 1+ torque.
  3. Might need to always run E30 with Stage 1+, for sure with Stage 2+. Very little timing corrections on stock tune with E30 (https://datazap.me/u/bmv335ie90/9281...47-48-49-50-51).

1. What kind of spark plugs
2. First or second gen coilpacks ( Full Rubber boot, Rubber Nipple aluminum sleeve)
3. Fix as you go, If your already doubting the fueling system..upgrade it. If not flash the car and let it tell you what it needs so you don't spend money unknowingly

1. I had some NGK 5992's which I gapped a few thousands less than out of box. I have since pulled those an put OEM BMW Bosch with stock gap to troubleshoot an intermittent rough idle.
2. Not sure which generation but the OEM ones I pulled were the Rubber nipple aluminum sleeve and the ones I replaced them with are OE Bosch full rubber boot

Will likely replace the HPFP for piece of mind, just wish BMW didn't price gouge their rebuilt ones.

1.Alright, I would highly suggest the NGK 95770.

2. Also i only suggest the second gen coilpacks for comfort not increased performance. Being that the first gens are a full rubber boot and their location after miles of use and heat. the boot often times get stuck the the walls within the head.

3. Before replacing the expensive HPFP, Check the battery voltage, Check the LPFP, Check the Fuel Regulator, Check the fuel rail sensor. Try to go over everything to troubleshoot before you make a big purchase like that. I suggest FCP.euro as an option and opinion if you were to want a fail safe warranty

I installed a larger FMIC and charge pipe and MHD Stage 1+. Definitely seems like there is a fueling issue: https://datazap.me/u/bmv335ie90/log-...47-48-49-50-51. At WOT the engine seems to fall off at around 4k RPM, the fuel pressure spikes and crashes down.

Read through this thread which helped me understand the fueling system: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1605768. For the past 6 months there have been some issues with longer than normal startup cranks, and surging at 2,000-2,400 rpm light throttle so I think there might be a few issues . Fuel pressure holds at 1500-1800 psi during cranking, and 1000-1100 psi during normal idle after the cold start cycle ends. After turning off car the fuel pressure is around 73 psi and it does not drop off hardly at all after 30 mins (it was like 72.8 psi).

Seems like replacing the fuel pressure sensor is the next step. The light throttle surging seemed to have disappeared since installing MHD. I'm currently on the fence if the fuel pressure spike and drop is due to the tune or the HPFP. The LPFP seems okay as there is no hesitation at 1,500-3,000 RPMs, and the regulator seems good since it holds pressure?
