Funny. I live up here and I have to learn about it from a SoCal member as reported by the LA Times.

Crazy stunt -- especially in broad daylight. No arrest? Gotta be some cams that picked up the plate #. Can't tell the # from vid -- too blurry -- but the CHP must be doing what they can to find the driver. Don't think this is the end of the story.
