E90 Pre LCI - Adding Heated Seats?
Hi All,
I was trying to find some information regarding this but a lot of the threads I'm reading are mixing LCI/PRE_LCI and Memory seats. Is going from Pre LCI M Sport seats Non Heated Manual to Pre LCI Heated Manual just plug and play with no additional wiring to the junction box for passenger side heating? Not bothered about the buttons because the XTRONS head unit communicatea through the can bus to turn them on. Last edited by MrSweet1991; 08-31-2020 at 07:00 AM.. |

if its a like for like swap (bar the heaters), then yes direct swap and code the seats to the cas and frm (then jbr).
You will need to code the car for heaters or the bus wont know its there. Make sure you get the control boxes with the new seats too. if not (you are adding electric), then you need extra wires.
