first PLUG and PLAY piggback!!! awesome work.
but can i ask a question, can i just slide and hook up everything without connecting my labtop to it. like a dumb version of it, plug and play without the work of doing 90% and 95% changes and all that BS? |

You never HAD to change the settings. that was just an option if you wanted to fine-tune your setup. of course you do need a laptop to update software/firmware though

wow! very interesting. I am still tuneless right now (RIP JB2) and still waiting for my wastegate/limps to get fixed before i get back on mid/high boost, but this is looks like a winner....depending on price/power/stability of course

The laptop is to update the firmware and the software. Not really needed all the times, just when there is an update.

Shiv can refute my response but now the default seems to run a dead flat 15 psi...

sweet!!
Awesome work shiv!! Can't wait But let me get something str8.
Can I purchase the slide-in harness instead of the low cost wire/pin kit? I rather have the slide-in harness for easier install/deinstall and don't mind paying the extra $$ for the less hassle. Danny |

Eventually, there will be V3.01, 02, 05, etc. which is fine IMO. you can just refer to V2-V3 as is, at least you call for support and they'll ask you what specific version you are running.

Any power increases Shiv. And the biggie for me, loss of power randomly between shifts, has this been fixed? I remember reading 2.1 was going to fix that.
Looks interesting, fun times! And for the haters, go hate somewhere else.

Shiv,
Just so I understand: 1) Us V2 users will have a few minor additions to our current wiring to get to v3...ok...sounds good. 2) Could we also return back to stock and get the new v3 wire pack? 3) I assume #1 is refers to "It will be less expensive than the v2 upgrade" 4) How much more would #2 cost than #1 and would #2 be available as an immediate option? Thanks, Marc
