Audio is randomly muting

I have a 08 e92 with a CIC, and a Standard sound package (10 speakers)
The last few days the music is randomly muting,
i can see in the cic that the track is still running because the timer is moving, but no sound at all. then it can go for like 5-10 seconds, at its sound again for 2-3 seconds, an it disappear.

these 2-3 seconds with sound gets longer for everytime it happens, and after 15-20 minutes of doing so everything is fine.

but if i turn the ignition off and on again, it starts this behavior all over.

what could be wrong here?
