N55 Belt squeak after repair

So, my son's e93 335 had squeal noise from the belt. We replaced tensioner, belt, and 2 pulleys. Everything was fine for like 2 weeks and then the noise started again... it's less than before and usually at start up and when accelerating only. I don't know what's making the belt to slip now... help please!

This is probably too obvious but is his oil filter housing gasket leaking? How about the o rings for the oil cooler?

OFH gasket was leaking prior to the belt, tensioner and pulleys repair. It was fixed

Was belt routed correctly?
Theres been some confusion over the years I've noticed with the exact routing.

In other words you fixed the issue causing it the first time but now created at new one.

Definitely worth checking.
