Bimmercode & Expert Options
Hello,
FRM3_E89 Trying to figure out how to increase the Angel Eyes Brightness when Headlights/Xenons are ON/AUTO. Has anyone got a list/details of all the possibilities in Expert Mode? I have found some limited info, bought the app & contacted Bimmercode for help & they said have to figure it out yourself Last edited by Ladooo; 04-02-2020 at 09:07 AM.. |

You won't need expert mode for like 90% of coding options. Chances are, the options you want to enable are already going to be in the available options list that makes it easy. It's best to go to bimmercodes website and choose your chassis to see available coding options.

Using Bimmercode I have set angel eyes to max in DRL mode fine. But no affect on the Standing or Parking light when change those corresponding settings.
Attached is a screenshot of all the options available under this category, from experience & using Carly + Bimmercode I am pretty sure a group of settings need changing together to make any noticeable overall change. Any help/advice much appreciated. Attachment 2270120 Last edited by Ladooo; 04-01-2020 at 12:03 PM.. |

Update, for the FRM3_E89 So far I have figured out how to adjust front & rear DRL brightness, but if someone could help with the highlighted ?? ?? please
DRL FRONT(Angel Eyes): PWM_SL_1_FKT_BL_TFL = 0D 1A(Very High) PARKING LIGHT FRONT: PWM_SL_1_FKT_SL_TFL= ?? ?? STANDING LIGHT FRONT: PWM_SL_1_FKT_PARKL = ?? ?? ?? ?? PWM_BL_FKT_SL = ?? ?? Doing some research from various other posts I have tried a wide range of values in different combinations & did manage to get the Angel Eyes Bright With Headlights/Xenons ON! BUT...there was a error as they were on Permenantly with ignition & so had to code back to default. So seems there is a way to do it but just need to figure out the correct settings. |
