Damn just saw this. Sorry to hear that man. It sucks there are such shitty fucking scum of the earth people just looking to screw people over such as Matt Malave and Elyse Cruz. They are out of a shop now but they moved on to Ecommerce, so they are probably doing the same shit to people buying parts. Sad but, you cant change criminals like them until they are locked up or they lose everything.

Thankfully i only had my beater 335 that he ruined (i dont drive my 335 anymore as its never been the same). I cant imagine how you felt with your e92 m3. I would have been livid.

And yes i agree on ACM. Higher prices, but you for sure get what you pay for along with a peace of mind.

I would take my car to Autocouture Motoring in Fair Lawn or Northeast Motorsports and gladly pay the extra money do get work done once and right.

Everyone who had an issue with ZNM. Please leave a review on google and yelp.

They might be done scamming people with their cars, but people need to know what kind of people they are buying parts from now.

Matt cannot afford a lawyer to defend himself in court. This is the reason for the trial delays. New trial date is the 28th. If you are still owed money by Matt I doubt you will have any chance to recover anything. The shop has been parted and turned over to a customer who Matt owed money to.

Yup, Jake Ulch. What a shady dude. On the Facebook Groups, When i first called him out for supporting ZNM, he was an admin at the time. HE f**king just banned me from the group without any explanation. LOL. He tried hiding the fact that he was doing that. He lost his admin privileges for that.

Matt has made nothing right and is now headed to full trial. Plaintiffs are awaiting summons. Matt has played a game with the courts and his representation. He has now opted to defend himself without a lawyer at the trial. Court has warned him they will not be there to advise him and he is on his own. No forgiveness if he misinterprets. Evidence against him is very very clear. It's not looking good for Matt.

What ever happened in court? I heard recently of someone actually having work done by them, I could be mistaken though. I thought you had a line on the court situation, and was excited to hear about him getting plowed into the dirt.

I did. Last i remeber, his court date coincided when covid started, and i havent heard back from Carmen since. Ill try and see if there are any updates.

Side note...everyone check PA/NY/NJ regional forums. I have a brand new set of KW V1s and some brand new Delphi coils for sale. Better deal for those who follow this thread.
