Picked the car up from the dealer and....
I am greeted with this:
Gave the car in for some work to be done under warranty and this was not on the engine bay before I dropped it off. Really should have checked before I left. Going to chase them up today but anyone got a clue what could be the cause? Its an e93 335i, 2007. |

Looks as though the bleed screw has been letting coolant by.
Mine was leaking a few months ago, made a similar mess. I made the mistake of thinking I could just tighten it up a tad but unfortunately the plastic head snapped off & I had to drill into it so as I could get a flat head screwdriver in there to undo it. As for the oil maybe, if that's what it is looks like a spill from tipping up.
