Is it worth removing the blower motor to prevent fire from potentially happening?

Yesterday a fire occurred in my N54, unrelated to the blower motor because of faulty coil pack. Anyways, it hit me how little I've done to ensure preventative fire action. Is it worth removing the blower and the wiring to prevent fires? Don't really need ac if I'm being honest I drive with the windows open most of the time.

I think that’s similar to putting aluminum foil over your windows in hopes of blocking Government surveillance. The odds of a fire after the recall is quite low and I’ll wager that BMW or your own insurance will cover it if needed.

There was a blower motor wiring recall quite some time ago. Wonder if your car is still covered.
