Was planning to do the M3 GTS DCT conversion with MDM but plans have changed. There's a lot of details about this conversion on the other forum. I got all of the main components required to complete the swap you'll just need some connectors and couple other small things. Prices are OBO and if you buy multiple I can work with a better deal for you. Located in Sacramento but can ship.

Shifter - 100
GWS (shifter mechanism) - 200
Center console - 125
Shift intensity switch - 25
SZL (steering column clock spring) - 200
Kombi (gauge cluster, will come virginized) - sold
DSC - 250

If you want to make your car more M3 like I also got

DCT steering wheel with buttons and paddles - sold
Full M3 steering rack including column with billet shaft and tie rods, will include wire harness required to code servotronic - 400
