2011 318d, p115d p0101 p0113

My 318 is throwing 3 codes, P115D, P0101, P0113. Cleaned the MAF with no change. Replaced the MAF with a new Bosch unit, codes went away for 1 day and reappeared.

Any ideas of where to look next?

Sounds to me like a stuck EGR valve.
