Are you there while you have your tuning done?
Do you know what value did you put in the tuning for the intake valve travel? 11mm I suppose? Or that doesn't matter as the travel and duration is governed by the mechanical unit (the MILVs)?

Thanks, I am planning to install the set later this month.
I think I'll have Bob just readjust parameters for the IM when the time comes... shipping the car from VB wasn't too bad.... but from Texas? Nah :,(

I'd assume so — but hit up Bob's SA on Instagram! They're pretty good about responding and giving some short feedback, it seems. I've shot them a couple questions throughout this, and they get back to me within a couple days.

I'm gonna! I need to see if a friend has a good camera I can borrow. I also need to scout a certain road out here that looks very flat — stretches for at least half a mile. With no... blue bois to worry about. Fingers crossed!

A nightmare :,)
But I'm happy that I'm committed to this platform.
Wider wheels with sticky tires is the next move aside from suspension and the finishing touches under the hood.

Has this been brought up before? Would it interfere with any sort of custom tune?

You might want to be very mindful depending on the age of your car. I don't think our fuel system was designed to handle it. If I remember correctly, former forum member the axiom tried running e85 and suffered bunch of issues afterwards - fuel lines full of gunk, fuel pump clogged up, etc.?

As of right now I am running on an e40 blend ... but TBH I'm getting pretty tired of going to one specific gas station to play amateur scientists lol

I really think I'd rather be on normal 93 just for simplicity... I wish this kit wasn't so darn expensive:,)

But as for my experience right now — no issues yet, thankfully. But I haven't dumped full e85 only either..

I'd does get annoying blending doesn't it? I also hadn't went full e85, but butt dyno did feel different at WOT with e50. I never did make it to the dyno to see final numbers and alas, S65 swap starts tomorrow

It really does -_-
Hopefully I can figure something out — even if it's plumbing an intercooler in and running 93. Just so time consuming and if I wanted to make a trip to the beach for whatever reason, I'd have to pray they have ethanol pumps down there for the trip back.

If you need AIT suppression and great resistance to knock running meth would probably be an easier solution.

Drain question... super charger. Doing some work today and looking to get this hooked up. My charger did not come with it installed and do not see a nipple to receive it on the lower side. Do you guys have any insight and feel like I am missing a part when I got it. Let me know, and much appreciated!

Cheers, stainless/galv one.

Skim through the install instructions... almost certain that drain piece you're referring to should have been preinstalled already. If the directions do not reflect the necessity of installing that piece, I'd send it to the support peeps at ESS. The manager dude who I spoke to when that metal mesh got ate up by my engine was pretty good about helping me sort the issue that wasn't my wrong doing. I'm confident he will help you all the same. I'll verify his email for you here in a minute

Got it, and seemed like it. Probably AJ you email correct? I will ping him, thanks brother!

Follow up: for a quicker deal I just talked to Vortech and they send out a new drain fitting for a few bucks. And certain thread lock you guys prefer, high temp?

I hit 319 with 110mm pulley and no e or meth. AWD auto GM trans. There's so much more left at the top of the engine after 7k RPM, wish the shift points could have changed. After that I installed a 50% E tune and butt dyno felt an increase but never tested with another dyno run.
