i have an 08 335xi is there a fancy specification im needing like gl-..... or will any do

Any synthetic 75w90 will pretty much work for these diffs. I've been using Redline 75w90 just because it worked well in my Jeeps (gears, bearings, and seals all looked pristine at 200k) and I can get it on Amazon for about the same price as the stuff at Autozone.
