Awesome experience at Herb Chambers Boston!

For those in MA, or even NE: I would definately recommend this dealer. PM me if you want the name of my CA. He was top class. A buddy of mine (who just bought his second Bimmer there from him) actually refered me to him.

He gave me the best deal around. Period. He was very fair, professional, and the service was outstanding. I must have emailed him 25 times between ordering and taking delivery, LOL. He was always happy to help, very prompt, and really knew his sh about BMW's.

Alot of other dealers I have dealt with in the past have been passive, elusive and some are just rude. If you are looking for an honest CA who wants your biz, and really cares about your BMW buying experience, give this place a shot!

I must second this

Despite the strong words out there against Herb Chambers BMW, I did get the best deal from them.

Surely they don't have the fanciest dealership as some of the ones outside the city, but they actually entertained my ridiculous offer; while others simply didn't reply and ONE actually told me to 'f*** off'

I think you got the car from the same CA that I got mine from and yes he is a great guy.

In my opinion the people make a company and in my case I met good peeps from HC and 'incompatible' ones from the others.

+1!!! They gave me the best deal, while another dealership who is supposed to beat anyone's prices, told me there is no way I'm getting the car with those options for that price.
"They must have made a mistake." Is what he said. lol.
