Can anyone tell me what i can do to make my head lights better as i find them crap

The only thing I can think of is to change the bulbs for better ones, funnily enough I was reading this earlier

Try the bulbs listed in my signature. They are better but don't expect miracles.

Get them from eBay or search on the web - don't pay too much

I think they were the ones recommended in the web article I listed, they must be good!

OK so heres the thing just been to the garage and after spending £150

on 3 sets of bulbs and putting them in the same way as they came out tab down and finding there was no differance

it turns out that my light bulbs was in upside the tab should be up the way

what a bummer ..... ah well at lest i have spare bulbs now lol

£150! how much did you pay per bulb or how many did you buy it cost me £30 for a set of my main lights (no need for full beam to be changed)
