spacers

Are they safe to use? Anybody using them on stock Bmw wheels? For example anybody with Bmw performance wheels?

I was wondering can Bmw SA install spacers?

Thanks

Use hub-centric spacers from a reputable manufacturer like H&R or Eibach and you'll be fine. Don't forget you'll need new wheel bolts (longer by the thickness of the spacer you use).

If you need a BMW SA to install spacers, you shouldn't be driving a car. That's about the simplest DIY there is. Quality spacers will come with extended bolts. Here's the DIY:
Place vehicle on level ground
Set e-brake
Break the 5 lugs free (17mm socket) (don't remove them)
Jack up the car
Support with jack stands
Finish removing the 5 lug nuts with 17mm socket
Remove the wheel
Install the hubcentric spacer on the hub of the vehicle. Ensure it's properly seated
Reinstall the wheel on the spacer (tricky part is to ensure all bolt holes line up)
Start threading the new extended lug bolts into the holes, get them hand tight
Lower the vehicle back onto the ground off the jackstands
Tighten all 5 lugs to 88ft.lbs torque spec
Drive ~25 miles
Retighten all 5 lugs to 88ft.lbs torque specs.
Smile because you just completed the simplest DIY out there, and didn't fork over any money to your BMW SA.

(In laymans terms)
Remove wheel
Install spacer
Install wheel
