Transformation 98% complete! Start to current...

From the 1st day at the dealer thru 5min ago... Still waiting on the center caps and needs a bath, but here it is. Interior is next to tweak.

A few shout outs...

Wanted to pass on thanks to those that helped with a few of the mod decisions with good suggestions and detailed info that made the process easy:

1. Alan- **********s.com- HUGE thanks on the wheel suggestion!! The matte gunmetal is the perfect color with the AW. The concavity on the M310's is deeper than I expected, which is another plus. Your expertise on the fitment and tire suggestion also erased several issues that I had.

Guys- If you're looking for wheels call Alan, he'll steer you in the right direction and keep you from making expensive mistakes.

2. Ben- my local Discount Tire Rep- Thanks for hooking up the Hankook Ventus V12's. Ben removed the factory TPMS sensors, rebuilt them, installed them on the AG M310's, installed new stems on the factory wheels, which keeps these as an emergency back-up. Smokin deal and combined with the wheels, was only $2k.

3. Derek, AKA CYBA- Big shout out on the exhaust tips. Made a huge diff in the ass end look and the sound improvement removing the left baffled pipe is dramatic.

3. e92-Lighting- The splitters and spoiler are awesome. The color match is so close I can't see a difference and although you had to paint them, the time it took to receive them wasn't bad. Good products, good service! So much so that I'm looking at a few other items from you.

Thanks guys!

I have an AW LCI as well...and have the splitters (not installed yet) and the M spoiler (not installed yet), so it was awesome to review what my ride will look like. I'm digging the clear front bumper reflectors vs going with the white - it matches the side signals and I was always wondering which would look better - clear or white....so thanks for that too - I might go with clear. The ONLY thing I would suggest is getting rid of the "M" license plate...not that big of a deal I guess, but of course not an M, but I guess you could say it's the "M Sport" pkg or something like that....heck...to each his own - if you like it - that's all that matters! Again - looks great man!!!

Thanks Guys!

Thanks and remember, the "M" is for Motorsport, which 99% of us on this forum have an affliction for. It's not exclusive to the M cars and if it makes you feel better, it came off of my '06 M5 that I traded in.

"M" standing for Motorsport - true, and I get your point....I agree, but I've seen a guy on here put the "M" badge on the trunk of a 335i like ours - I just couldn't see that not getting flamed on...the license plate looks good. Keep it up man!

Sitting on them for now. The front tires have 1100mis on them and the rears picked up a nail and a screw two days before I mounted the AG's so they're brand new with 36mis on them (Bridgestone run flats- Factory 18" Staggered). Interested, make me an offer. They don't have TPMS, I re-used them on the AG's. The rims are perfect, not one scratch.
