Control Arm Upgrade: M3 Fronts or M3 Front+Rear?

2006 330i with 167K and original suspension. I am looking to for control arms replacement and likely suspension as well (Bilstein B6/B8).

For control arms FCP has two kits: 5-Piece M3 Control Arm Upgrade Kit for front only and 11-Piece M3 Control Arm Upgrade Kit for front and rear. Everybody recommends to go with the front upgrade, which is the obvious choice.

Question: do rear M3 control arms upgrade make a real difference in handling and do they worth the extra $$?

The rear arms don't make enough of a difference to justify the cost imo. I have the rear guide rods but only because I got them for cheap years ago.
