Hey guys,

Just wanted to let everyone know that Luis@OSS is the man! I got my headlights done by him, E90 Pre-LCI with the blackout option and am loving every day with it. If you guys are even thinking about getting your headlights done, DO IT!

Very professional in his work, he does a good job, and has a great personality. I am looking foward to working with him in the future, and trust me, he has a few things up his sleeve coming!

I actually had exactly the opposite impression. I contacted OSS via private messages and email at least 10 times over the span of three weeks trying to get some work done. One of those times I got a reply asking for my zip code, which I provided. I never heard from them again.

About two months later, after I had already purchased Umnitza's and gotten the work done elsewhere, I get a reply to one of my original inquiries offering me a quote.

Seems like they have absolutely terrible communication. I'm sure they're busy, but that's no way to run a business. I strongly recommend buying Umnitza Predator Orion v2 LED rings (which cost about half the OSS price) and installing them yourself or getting a shop to do it. It costs less, and you won't spend months waiting for an answer that doesn't actually answer anything.
