Secondary cat delete pipes for 328xi
Supersprint makes pipes that delete the secondary cats, but from what I've read they won't fit the xi models as the transfer case is in the way. Can anyone confirm that?
And if so, is our only option to cut the cats off and weld a pipe in there? If so, I'll be hitting up local junkyards I guess.

If the cats fit, a straight pipe will fit. I'm not sure about the supersprint test pipes, but you could always cut them off then have a muffler shop weld in a pipe to bridge the gap.
Make sure you remove them yourself, as if they do, they'll want to keep them and scrap them themselves. |

How is this the wrong forum? I'm asking about cat delete pipes specific to the xi models, since I've seen some people say fitment is different on the xi.

The x drive is for the x drive system.. not the whole car. Post or search in the N52 engine/exhaust forum. There is no difference between converters with RWD or AWD.
