They will be a direct fit. You will be missing one connector that our e92 LCI has; the Active Headrest. It's a safety feature. Without it, you'll also be thrown a code/error. Not heated seat

This is likely a dumb question, but have to ask out of curiosity. Are you selling the entirety of your car as parts? I'm just wondering what one does with a car that has no seats.
