Most comfortable tire setup for 19s?
I've read through quite a few threads and found a general idea, though they're a few years old and there might be a better tire out there by now.
Currently I'm on 18" w/ all seasons on my 06 330xi. Suspension is the Bilstein B12, so fairly similar to sport. Up front I have a 10mm spacer, in the rear a 20mm spacer. No clue what offset they are, non OE that came with the car The new wheels I'm looking at now have these measurements: Front: 19x8.5 +35 Rear: 19x9.5 +35 Whats the most comfortable tire setup I can get (non RFT) without rubbing? With preferably nice fitment as well.

Comfortable and 19s does not go together lol.
When I first got my car the dealer installed a new set of style 199 wheels in black paired with 225/35/19 and 255/30/19 and the car rode like shit. You literally feel every little bump on the road. The e90 has more clearance to run a thicker sidewall but I doubt it's going to be that much better. |

I went from from stock sized 18" RFT Michelin Pilot Sport 2s to 19" non-RFT PS4S in 245/35 and 275/30. Ride felt exactly the same between the 2. I wanted to go with 255/35 and 275/35, and supposedly a few people have, but most said it would rub and I didn't want to take a $1200+ gamble.
This probably doesn't help you much, but it's an example. For a more comfortable ride, you'll likely need a non sport/summer tire. Hard to get a cushy ride with 19s and not much room for sidewall height. |

19s will never run smoother than 18's due to smaller sidewall. If your held bent on running 19s I'd run 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 rears.
Or you can go with non-RFT 18s with a thicker sidewall

This was the setup I saw most frequently, I'll probably do this. I've heard all seasons have a more comfortable ride compared to summer tires? Might go that route

If mine was my daily I'd stick with 18" tires and call it a day but since I only drive mine occasionally, I'm going for more aesthetics
