Anyone else had their intake manifold replaced for a sticking/failing swirl flap actuator?

I've only heard of maybe 2-4 form U.S owners

Yep, had mine replaced under warranty last month. Oil leak traced to swirl flaps.

I did not get a limp mode, but did get an intermittent service engine soon light, with generic code P200A. Will be getting replaced soon.

I had some work done on the swirl flap long time ago, early 2010. I forgot the exact details, had SES and replaced swirl flap and a software update.
